Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Social Dynamics ("the app"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What the service is — and is not

Social Dynamics is an AI-powered advisor for interpersonal relationships, provided for informational and educational purposes. It is not therapy, medical care, psychological treatment, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for any of those. If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, contact local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

AI-generated advice can be wrong. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older. One account per person; you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Credits and payments

• Advice is paid for with prepaid credits. Credits are consumed based on actual usage of each reply.
• Credits are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play; refunds follow the respective store's policy and applicable consumer law.
• Credits are personal, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Unused credits are forfeited when you delete your account.
• Package prices and credit rates may change; changes never affect credits you already own.

4. Acceptable use

The app exists to help you understand and improve your relationships. You must not use it to:

• harass, stalk, threaten, or deliberately manipulate or harm another person;
• violate anyone's privacy or any applicable law;
• probe, overload, or interfere with the service, or attempt to access other users' data.

The AI is instructed to refuse requests aimed at harming others. Repeated abuse may lead to warnings, suspension, or termination of your account.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to what you write and upload. You grant us only the license needed to operate the service (storing your data and sending it to the approved AI processor named in the current Privacy Policy to generate profiles and replies).

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change or be discontinued; if the service shuts down permanently, you will be notified in advance so you can export your data.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
